The System is designed to convert the “Sales Plan/ Sales Order confirmation” to Production Plan after adjusting the finished goods stocks (with due consideration for minimum stock of finished / semi finished goods and current stocks as entered in to the system)
The Production Plan is exploded to materials using Bill of Various components materials / Semi finished goods as entered in to the system, and semi finished goods to its components thereby getting a list of basic materials, semi-finished goods to be produced.
This worked out requirement is then adjusted for material stocks available or on order
This system shall work out the following reports
- Job-wise / sales order wise requirement estimate
- Production Plan
- Purchase Requirement Plan

| Report Generator for Tally |

Reports which are available in Tally are in Tally's standard formats and one might need the same report in User Modified Formats. |

As a result the entire report is retyped with all the needed details in MS excel. This creates duplication of work and is a huge waste of productive man hours.
E.g. In the below sheet all values shown in Red Colour have been automatically updated from Tally Data in its appropriate cell |
